Collectively we’ve placed over 1,000 candidates, have run teams with over 800 contractors out on assignment and have worked across all technology skill sets and in almost every market sector. Whether your need is to recruit a one-off niche specialist or a broader project to recruit a technology team, what will set us apart is the focus we place on relationships and being a true ambassador to your brand.

Our role is to add value and this is achieved by a combination of service and technology. The cost of recruitment may on occasion seem high but the costs of bringing in the wrong person are significantly higher. We help to avoid this cost by understanding the business, culture, products and goals of our client base and linking that to the skills, motivators and needs of our candidates.

Our Story

We are two guys who came out of university a bit lost, unsure what to do next and in desperate need of getting out of student debt.

We stumbled into recruitment with a great local company who had a fantastic reputation for hiring graduates and turning them in to great recruiters. Before we knew it found ourselves in the privileged position of being successful in a career that we both loved and went on to manage and develop teams and departments as the company flourished.

Specialising in technology we helped clients to solve staffing and resourcing needs for both permanent and contract roles. Throughout this our values have remained consistent and we have a passion for creating a positive, inclusive, collaborative working environment where honesty and hard work play a central role.

Highly Experienced

The problem was that as our teams grew, we lost touch with the hands-on customer interaction / recruitment side of the of the job which always made the days fly by and kept the challenges interesting.

We launched in the midst of a global pandemic; and despite market conditions quickly established a strong client and candidate base which gave us the foundations for growth. As a result, we asked Paul O’Brien to join us on our journey. As a team, we are passionate about using our experience and integrity to help companies and individuals adapt to ever changing market conditions. At the same time, we want to bring back the sense of fun which first made us love our jobs.
